1. Q. How do I place an order?

1. First please go through our site and select the product(s) your would like to purchase.

2. Select your size from the drop down menu.

3. Click the blue "Buy" button to the right of the product.

4. You will be shown the contents of your shopping cart, click the "Continue" button.

5. Enter your billing & shipping information -  After you have entered your information, click the "Checkout" button.

6. You will be shown your shopping cart contents once more and you will see your total, click the "Confirm Order" button; also you will have the option to select express shipping .

Returns

We only accept returns if we send you the incorrect shoes you ordered and or the wrong size you specified. Also refunds take 10-14 business days to fully process and shipping fee will be deducted from the original cost.

2. Q. How long do the products take to arrive?

    A. Products  takes 2 business days for processing and approximately 5 - 10 business days after payment is received to arrive at your door with standard delivery. Our average shipping time is around 7-10 days.

B. Priority Shipping  takes 1 business day processing and 3 to 5 business days for delivery; which cost an additional $14.95 per order.
